An ideally located hotel for all facilities ie boat buses and taxis, really close to the bridge of sighs and St. Marks square , very friendly staff who all speak English , would recommend this hotel

Close to S.Marco and Grand Canal but away from crowds in quite Castello district. Modern conveniences throughout Hotel- rooms spacious and clean. Lovely decorations with Murano chandeliers and mirrors in room. Breakfast free- good selection- friendly staff served excellent morning cappuccino. View from room overlooked quiet courtyard. Would have preferred canal view which we had in a previous hotel in Castello. Excellent restaurants close by.

Had to walk through a 18 inches of Stinking water to exit hotel outside area flooded on both days . we should have Gone in July but had to Persephone Trip as my wife had to have an op we were charged 180euros more to go In October to walk through stinking Water this also made the hotel smell of Sewerage Best western should have paid me to stay

Highly Recommend it for Family with Children
We stayed in a family room that gave the feeling of a mini flat, just spacious enough for all of us with two rooms and a great view through the green shutters! The breakfast was a total delight,, with fresh pastries and good coffee that really fueled our day exploring.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but I'd still say it was worth every penny.
